Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

LATE CANCELATION/RESCHEDULE: Less than 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.

NO SHOWS: will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. Clients that “NO SHOW” two times will be placed on a prepay or walkin basis only for all future appointments.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS: All first time appointments that “Late Cancel” or “NO SHOW” will loose their first time customer discount for any future visits.

LATE ARRIVAL: To ensure a full experience please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time we will do what we can in the time available, which may be a lesser service. If time is not available, you will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount and rescheduled. If you are running behind and believe you will be late to your appointment, please call our front desk to notify us as soon as possible.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING: We understand that unexpected things happen that can prevent you from arriving for your appointment in a timely manner. Please leave at an appropriate time to account for any possible traffic you may hit and to find adequate parking.
