Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially
for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are
necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice
for cancellations.

Strict and Enforced 24 hour Cancellation Policy!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment
without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that
appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity
to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in
advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you
booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you
personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will
result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.
Clients that “NO SHOW” two times will be placed on a prepay or walk-in
basis only for all future appointments.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the
client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will
result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.
All first time appointments that “Late Cancel” or “NO SHOW” will
loose their first time customer discount for any future visits.
To ensure a full experience please arrive 5-10 minutes before your
scheduled service.

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time we will do what we
can in the time available, which may be a lesser service. If time is
not available, you will be charged 25% of the reserved service amount
and rescheduled.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby
guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members
scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing

Confirmation Calls

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments 24
hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to
reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is
your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to
avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

or reschedule an appointment is considered a “Late Cancellation” and
will result in a charge equal to 25% of the reserved service amount.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS: All first time appointments that “Late Cancel” or
“NO SHOW” will loose their first time customer discount for any future
visits.

LATE ARRIVAL: To ensure a full experience please arrive 5 minutes
before your scheduled service. If you arrive after your scheduled
appointment time we will do what we can in the time available, which
may be a lesser service. If time is not available, you will be charged
25% of the reserved service amount and rescheduled. If you are
running behind and believe you will be late to your appointment,
please call our front desk to notify us as soon as possible.

TRAFFIC AND PARKING: We understand that unexpected things
happen that can prevent you from arriving for your appointment in a
timely manner. Please leave at an appropriate time to account for any
possible traffic you may hit and to find adequate parking. Every
Saturday, there is a market in the St. Phillips Plaza that can make
parking difficult to find. There may not always be a spot in front of our
building so we ask that you plan for enough time to find parking.
